Trade Mission

A Trade Mission is an international trip where business executives travel together as a delegation to overseas destinations and, on occasion, are accompanied by government officials. Its aim is that Trade Mission members will meet potential buyers or agents, participate in site visits and any networking receptions. Potential buyers, agents, distributors and joint venture partners are often sourced prior to each Mission, providing delegates with the best opportunity of building profitable business relationships.

Trade Missions provide businesses with significant advantages if they are exploring the opportunity to expand their operations overseas, or wishing to trade (exporting or importing) with countries they haven’t done so previously. Trade Missions open doors and fast track companies to engage in dialogue with the right companies and just as importantly the right individuals on one trip.

Services

Sohatoos Trade Missions are more than a Travel Management Company – we fully understand Trade Missions both from the sponsors and the delegates point of view and know how much attention to detail, hard work and planning goes in to guaranteeing a successful Mission for all parties.

Services for Delegates

In addition to the pre-arranged programme, participating in a Trade Mission will allow delegates to meet with likeminded businesses who can complement each other. Each Mission has a dedicated Mission brochure created in order to promote each delegate’s product prior to the Mission. The Sohatoos Trade Missions team are here to offer high quality, productive support that will ensure all delegates are fully confident in the success of the Mission. Delegates will benefit from the following services:

Market information:

Given the developing commercial circumstances and international situation, this opportunity to establish connections and make business contacts should not be missed.

There is a positive outlook for UK-Iran trade relations and the UK Government fully supports expanding our trade relationship with Iran.

It has the second largest population in the Middle East after Egypt with around 80 million people. Over 60% are estimated to be under 30 years old and the workforce is highly educated.
