The Law on Supporting Iranians Abroad, approved by Parliament and confirmed by the Guardian Council, has come into force. The law aims to facilitate travel, legal protections, investment opportunities, and cultural ties for Iranians living overseas, while supporting elite talent and strengthening Iranian–Islamic identity.
